An Act to amend the Criminal Code (judicial interim release for offences involving firearms)
R.S., c. C-46
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 469 of the Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after paragraph (c.1):
(c.2) an offence in the commission of which the accused is alleged to have
(i) used or threatened to use a firearm, or
(ii) attempted or conspired to use a firearm;
