SUMMARY
This enactment changes the name of the electoral district of “Chatham-Kent — Essex” to “Chatham-Kent — Leamington”.

An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Chatham-Kent — Essex
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Name changed to “Chatham-Kent — Leamington”
1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 94 of that part relating to the Province of Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Chatham-Kent — Leamington” for the name “Chatham-Kent — Essex”.
