SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canada Pension Plan to ensure that every person with a mental or physical disability, including an episodic disability, is considered disabled for the purposes of that Act.

An Act to amend the Canada Pension Plan (episodic disability)
R.S., c. C-8
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 42(2)(a) of the Canada Pension Plan is replaced by the following:
(a) a person shall be considered to be disabled only if the person is determined in prescribed manner to have a mental or physical disability, including an episodic disability; and
