This enactment prohibits the use of lakes for depositing deleterious substances.

An Act to amend the Fisheries Act (deposit in lakes)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
R.S., c. F-14
FISHERIES ACT
1. Section 36 of the Fisheries Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (5):
Limitation
(5.1) No lake may be prescribed for the purpose of authorizing the deposit of any quantity or concentration of a deleterious substance or class thereof.
