SUMMARY
This enactment requires the Government of Canada to publish in the Canada Gazette
(a) all written undertakings given to Her Majesty in right of Canada under the Investment Canada Act in respect of the acquisition of Inco Limited by CVRD Canada Inc. in 2006; and
(b) all demands made by the Minister of Industry in respect of those undertakings.

SOMMAIRE
Le texte exige du Gouvernement du Canada qu’il publie dans la Gazette du Canada :
a) les engagements écrits pris envers Sa Majesté du chef du Canada sous le régime de la Loi sur Investissement Canada à l’égard de l’acquisition d’Inco Limitée par CVRD Canada Inc. en 2006;
b) les mises en demeure délivrées par le ministre de l'Industrie à l'égard de ces engagements.
