An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (day parole — six months or one sixth of the sentence rule)
1992, c. 20
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 119.1 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act is repealed.
2. Section 126.1 of the Act is repealed.
