This enactment changes the name of the electoral district of Sackville — Eastern Shore to “Sackville — Preston — Eastern Shore”.

An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Sackville — Eastern Shore

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :
Name changed to “Sackville —Preston — Eastern Shore”
1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 8 of that part relating to the Province of Nova Scotia is amended by substituting the name “Sackville — Preston — Eastern Shore” for the name “Sackville —Eastern Shore”.
1. Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise le 25 août 2003 en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales, le paragraphe 8 de la partie relative à la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse est modifié par la substitution du nom « Sackville — Preston — Eastern Shore » au nom « Sackville — Eastern Shore ».
