SUMMARY
This enactment provides for natural health products to be zero-rated for the purposes of the goods and services tax.

An Act to amend the Excise Tax Act (natural health products)
R.S., c. E-15
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Part I of Schedule VI to the Excise Tax Act is amended by adding the following after section 5:
6. A supply of a natural health product as defined in the Natural Health Products Regulations made under the Food and Drugs Act.
