This enactment changes the name of the electoral district of Welland to “Niagara Centre — South”.

An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Welland
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Name changed to “Niagara Centre — South”
1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 97 of that part relating to the Province of Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Niagara Centre — South” for the name “Welland”.
