SUMMARY
The purpose of this enactment is to ensure that sections 110, 111 and 171 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act come into force on the day on which this enactment receives royal assent.

An Act to amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (coming into force of sections 110, 111 and 171)

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 275 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is renumbered as subsection 275(1) and is amended by adding the following:
Sections 110, 111 and 171
(2) Despite subsection (1), sections 110, 111 and 171 come into force on the day on which a bill introduced in the 1st session of the 39th Parliament and entitled An Act to amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (coming into force of sections 110, 111 and 171) receives royal assent.
