An Act to amend the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act (marriage after the age of sixty years)

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 31(1) of the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act is repealed.
