SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Non-smokers’ Health Act to prohibit smoking in all indoor and other enclosed public places under federal jurisdiction, with no allowances for designated smoking rooms or areas. An exception is provided for smoking carried out as part of a First Nations ceremony involving tobacco.
