SUMMARY
This enactment establishes a Canadian Motion Picture Industry Secretariat, to be composed of representatives from major motion picture industry sectors across Canada. The Canadian Motion Picture Industry Secretariat will monitor the motion picture industry and make recommendations for the purpose of supporting an internationally competitive and successful motion picture industry in Canada.

Le texte constitue le Secrétariat de l’industrie cinématographique canadienne composé de représentants des principaux secteurs de l’industrie cinématographique de tout le Canada. Ce secrétariat est chargé de surveiller l’industrie cinématographique et de formuler des recommandations en vue de soutenir une industrie cinématographique canadienne concurrentielle à l’échelle internationale et florissante.
