SUMMARY This enactment amends the Criminal Code to remove the defence based on a purpose related to education or art with respect to an offence under section 163.1 (child pornography).		SOMMAIRE Le texte modifie le Code criminel afin d’éliminer les moyens de défense basés sur un but lié à l’éducation ou aux arts pour une infraction à l'article 163.1 (pornographie juvénile).

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Sa Majesté, sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

1. Paragraph 163.1(6)(a) of the Criminal Code is replaced by the following:

1. L'alinéa 163.1(6)a) du Code criminel est remplacé par ce qui suit :

(a) has a legitimate purpose related to the administration of justice or to science or medicine; and

a) ont un but légitime lié à l'administration de la justice, à la science ou à la médecine;
