		An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Toronto — Danforth
		Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Loi visant à modifier le nom de la circonscription électorale de Toronto — Danforth
Sa Majesté, sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

Name changed to “Toronto — Danforth — East York — Riverdale”

1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003 under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 94 of that part relating to the Province of Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Toronto — Danforth — East York — Riverdale” for the name “Toronto — Danforth”.

1. Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise le 25 août 2003 en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales, le paragraphe 94 de la partie relative à la province d’Ontario est modifié par la substitution du nom « Toronto — Danforth — East York — Riverdale » au nom « Toronto — Danforth ».
