SUMMARY
The purpose of this enactment is to provide that, on Remembrance Day, the national flag of Canada will be flown at half-mast on federal land and buildings in Canada.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Remembrance Day National Flag Act.

2. On Remembrance Day, November 11, the national flag of Canada shall be flown at half-mast on land and buildings in Canada owned or occupied by Her Majesty in right of Canada.
2. À l'occasion du jour du Souvenir, le 11 novembre, le drapeau national du Canada est mis en berne sur les terrains et bâtiments au Canada dont le propriétaire ou l'occupant est Sa Majesté du chef du Canada.
