An Act to amend the Workers Mourning Day Act (national flag to be flown at half-mast)
1991, c. 15
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of the Workers Mourning Day Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (1):
Canadian flag at half-mast
(1.1) In each and every year, on the 28th day of April, the Canadian flag on lands and buildings owned or occupied by Her Majesty in right of Canada shall be lowered at half-mast.
