SUMMARY
This enactment repeals section 56.1 of the Judges Act which authorized Madam Justice Louise Arbour of the Ontario Court of Appeal to take a leave from her judicial duties to serve as Prosecutor of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committeed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia and of the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
