RECOMMENDATION
Her Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act to provide for emergency management and to amend and repeal certain Acts”.
SUMMARY
This enactment provides for a national emergency management system that strengthens Canada’s capacity to protect Canadians.

Son Excellence la gouverneure générale recommande à la Chambre des communes l’affectation de deniers publics dans les circonstances, de la manière et aux fins prévues dans une mesure intitulée « Loi concernant la gestion des urgences et modifiant et abrogeant certaines lois ».
SOMMAIRE
Le texte prévoit un système national de gestion des urgences qui renforce la capacité de l’État canadien de protéger les Canadiens.
