Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

Name changed to “Stormont — Dundas — South Glengarry
Sud”

1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 87 of that part relating to the Province of Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Stormont — Dundas — South Glengarry Sud” for the name “Stormont — Dundas — South Glengarry”.

Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise le 25 août 2003 en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales, le paragraphe 87 de la partie relative à la province d’Ontario est modifié par la substitution du nom « Stormont — Dundas — South Glengarry Sud » au nom « Stormont — Dundas — South Glengarry ».
