An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Bonavista — Gander — Grand Falls — Windsor

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Name changed to “Bonavista — Exploits”

1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, as amended by section 1 of An Act to change the names of certain electoral districts, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, paragraph 2 of that part relating to the Province of Newfoundland and Labradoris amended by substituting the name “Bonavista — Exploits” for the name “Bonavista — Gander — Grand Falls — Windsor”.

1. Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales le 25 août 2003, modifiée par l’article 1 de la Loi visant à modifier le nom de certaines circonscriptions électorales, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2004), le paragraphe 2 de la partie relative à la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador est modifié par la substitution du nom « Bonavista— Exploits » au nom « Bonavista — Gander — Grand Falls — Windsor ».
