SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Patent Act to permit the correction of past incorrect fee payments in certain situations and provides that the standing committee of each House of Parliament shall consider candidates for appointment to the advisory committee.

SOMMAIRE
Le texte a pour objet de permettre, dans certaines circonstances, la correction d’une erreur faite relativement au montant de la taxe réglementaire à verser. Il a aussi pour objet de préciser que le comité permanent de chaque chambre participe à l’évaluation de candidats en vue d’un poste à un comité consultatif.
