	SUMMARY
	This enactment provides that an application under section 753 of the Criminal Code for finding that an offender is a dangerous offender may be made before the earlier of the following dates:
	(a) the date on which the offender is released from imprisonment for the offence on parole or mandatory supervision; or
	(b) the date on which the sentence expires.
