3. $400 or, in the case of a young person, $250

|

5. $500 or, in the case of a young person, $250
|
|
|
|
In this Schedule, ``young person'' means a person who, at the
time the offence is committed, is or, in the absence of evidence
to the contrary, appears to be twelve years of age or more but
under eighteen years of age.
