	An Act to amend the Criminal Code (impaired driving)
R.S., c. C-46	Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
	*1. Subparagraphs 255(1)(a)(ii) and (iii) of the Criminal Code* are replaced by the following:**
	(ii) for a second offence, to imprisonment for not less than thirty days, and
	(iii) for each subsequent offence, to imprisonment for not less than one hundred and twenty days;
