213. Section 2 of the Transportation
Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act is amended
by adding the following after subsection (3):

(4) The Tribunal also has jurisdiction in
respect of reviews and appeals in connection
with administrative monetary penalties
provided for under sections 194 to 207 of the
Canada Airports Act.

214. If Bill C-26, introduced in the 2nd
session of the 37th Parliament and entitled
the Transportation Amendment Act, is
assented to, then, on the later of the coming
into force of section 5 of that Act and section
164 of this Act, section 164 of this Act is
replaced by the following:

37, 40, 41 and 43 of the Canada
Transportation Act do not apply in respect of
this Act.

to be fixed by order of the Governor in
