211. Subsection 4(1) of the Airport Trans fer (Miscellaneous Matters) Act is repealed.

212. The heading before section 8 and sections 8 to 11 of the Act are repealed.

Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act

213. Section 2 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (3):

Jurisdiction in respect of Canada Airports Act

(4) The Tribunal also has jurisdiction in respect of reviews and appeals in connection with administrative monetary penalties provided for under sections 194 to 207 of the Canada Airports Act.

Coordinating Amendment

Bill C-26

214. If Bill C-26, introduced in the 2nd session of the 37th Parliament and entitled the Transportation Amendment Act, is assented to, then, on the later of the coming into force of section 5 of that Act and section 164 of this Act, section 164 of this Act is replaced by the following:

Canada Transportatio n Act

164. Sections 4, 24, 25.1 to 29, 32, 34, 36.1, 37, 40, 41 and 43 of the Canada Transportation Act do not apply in respect of this Act.

Coming into Force

Coming into force

215. The provisions of this Act, other than section 214, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
