SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 to
require the administrator of a pension plan to prepare an annual report
of the social, ethical and environmental factors that have been
considered, during the previous fiscal year, in the selection, retention
and liquidation of investments under the administrator's responsibility.
A copy of the report is provided to every member who requests it.
