	An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act (arm's length dealing)
1996, c. 23	Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
	*1. (1) Paragraphs 5(2)(g) to (i) of the Employment Insurance Act* are replaced by the following:**
	(g) employment that constitutes an exchange of work or services; and
	(h) employment excluded by regulations made under subsection (6).
	(2) Subsection 5(3) of the Act is repealed.
