SUMMARY |

|
The purpose of this enactment is to regulate the conduct of ministers
with respect to conflicts of interest and post-employment. It is primarily
based on the Conflict of Interest and Post-Employment Code for Public
Office Holders and the Code of Conduct for Members of Parliament of
the United Kingdom.
