SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Criminal Code to prohibit the genetic
manipulation of a human cell, a zygote or an embryo with a view to
preventing human cloning.
|

|
|
Any person who is guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine,
imprisonment or both.
