SOMMARY |

This enactment amends the Criminal Code by allowing a court that
convicts a person of a child pornography offence to order the foreiture
of any thing
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
An order may not be made in respect of the property of a person who
is not a party to the offence.
