SUPPLEMENTARY OPINION
FROM THE BLOC QUÉBÉCOIS
The Bloc Québécois is in agreement with the report of the Joint Committee for Official Languages and all the recommendations it contains. However, the seventh recommendation only provides for the closed captioning in both official languages of Senate committee meetings. It appears essential to us that not only Senate committees be covered by this recommendation, but that closed captioning in both official languages should also be provided for House of Commons committees.
