RECOMMENDATION |

Her Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of
Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances,
in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled ``An Act
to give effect to the Nisga'a Final Agreement''.
|
|
|
|
SUMMARY |
|
|
|
This enactment gives effect to the Nisga'a Final Agreement and the
Nisga'a Nation Taxation Agreement. It includes related amendments to
a number of other Acts.
|
