An Act to amend the Holidays Act (Christmas
Day)

| R.S., c. H-5

1. The Holidays Act is amended by adding
the following after section 4:
|
|
|
|
CHRISTMAS DAY |
|
| Christmas
Day
|
5. December 25 is a legal holiday and shall
be kept as such throughout Canada under the
name of ``Christmas Day''.
