	CONDITIONAL AMENDMENT
Bill C-31	16. If Bill C-31, introduced in the 2nd session of the 36th Parliament and entitled An Act respecting immigration to Canada and the granting of refugee protection to persons who are displaced, persecuted or in danger (referred to in this section as the "other Act"), receives royal assent, then on the later of the day on which the other Act or section 2 of this Act comes into force, paragraph (e) in the definition ``federal enforcement official'', as enacted by section 2 of this Act, is replaced by the following:
	(e) an officer or employee of the Parks Canada Agency established by the Parks Canada Agency Act, an employee of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service established by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act or a designated officer under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, when performing any duty or function in the enforcement of their respective Act, and
	COMING INTO FORCE
Coming into force	17. This Act or any provision of this Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
