SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Employment Insurance Act by giving the
Canada Employment Insurance Commission the power and duty to
make such regulations as it deems necessary respecting the
establishment and operation, on a voluntary basis, of a scheme of
employment insurance for self-employed persons, other than persons
engaged in fishing.
