1. Sections 14 and 15 of the Canada Post
Corporation Act are repealed.
|
|
|
|
2. Section 56 of the Act is repealed.
|
|
|
|
3. The portion of section 60 of the Act
before paragraph (a) is replaced by the
following:

| Punishment
|
60. Every person who contravenes any
provision of this Act or the regulations or who
commits an offence under any of sections 48
to 55 and 57 to 59
|
|
