SUMMARY |

The purpose of this enactment is to impose the death sentence in all
cases of aggravated first degree murder committed by a person eighteen
years of age and over at the time of the commission of the murder.

|
Aggravated first degree murder is first degree murder committed in
a heinous manner that defies human dignity.
