	An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (accelerated parole reviews)
1992, c. 20; 1993, c. 34; 1995, cc. 22, 39, 42; 1996, c. 19; 1997, c. 17	Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
	*1. Subparagraph 125(1)(a)(iv) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act* is replaced by the following:**
	(iv) an offence set out in Schedule II, or
	(v) an offence under section 463 of the Criminal Code relating to an offence set out in paragraph (1)(e), (2)(f) or (3)(e) of Schedule II that was prosecuted by way of indictment;
