An Act to amend the Expropriation Act

1. The Expropriation Act is amended by
adding the following after section 21:
|

| Disposal of
expropriated
lands
|
21.1 Notwithstanding any other Act of
Parliament, the Crown shall not dispose of
land that it has expropriated under this Act
without giving the owner from whom the land
was taken the first chance to repurchase the
land on the terms of the best offer received by
the Crown.
