55. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act
or any of its provisions comes into force on
a day or days to be fixed by order of the
Governor in Council.

(2) Sections 12, 14 to 17, 19, 22, 39, 41, 42
and 43 come into force on a day to be fixed
by order of the Governor in Council.
