SUMMARY |

The bill requires every restaurant or branch restaurant owner to
ensure that, all employees are familiar with the issue of food allergies
and at all times during business hours, there is an employee on the
premises who knows all the ingredients contained in the food sold by
the restaurant or the branch restaurant.
