SUMMARY |

This bill will require the estimated annual cost and the cost per capita
of every new government program to be published as soon as the bill
that authorizes it is introduced in Parliament or the regulation that
implements it is issued. The Auditor General's opinion on the estimate
is also to be published.

|
It also requires the cost and the cost per capita to be displayed at any
place where the program is delivered to the public.
