	*26. Subsection 203(2) of the Cooperative Credit Associations Act* is replaced by the following:**

	*31. Section 16 of the Federal Real Property Act* is amended by adding the following:**
Acquisition of shares, etc.	(7) Where a purchase, lease or other acquisition of real property in a condominium project, co-operative project or similar project is authorized under this Act, that authorization also constitutes the authority for the acquisition of a share, membership interest or ownership interest in the relevant condominium corporation, co-operative corporation or similar corporation, to the extent that the acquisition of the share, membership interest or ownership interest is required by, or effected by, the law of the jurisdiction in which the project is situated.

1993, c. 34, s. 71(1)	*32. The definition ``aliment'' in section 2 of the French version of the Food and Drugs Act* is replaced by the following:**

1992, c. 47, s. 84 (sch., s. 6)	*33. (1) Paragraph 2(1)(h) of the Government Property Traffic Act, as enacted by section 84 of the Contraventions Act, is replaced by the following:*
	(h) for prohibiting persons who have been convicted of contravening any regulation from driving a vehicle on the lands for a period not exceeding one year.
Coming into force	(2) Subsection (1) shall come into force on the later of the day on which this Act is assented to and the day on which section 84 of the Contraventions Act comes into force with respect to section 6 of the schedule to that Act.

	43. Section 452 of the Act is replaced by the following:
Establish- ment and maintenance of segregated funds	452. For the purpose of establishing or maintaining a segregated fund required to be established and maintained by section 451, a company may, subject to the regulations and, in the case of a transfer from a participating account maintained pursuant to section 456, to section 463, transfer an amount to the separate account maintained in respect of the segregated fund.
	44. Subsection 644(1) of the French version of the Act is replaced by the following:
