SUMMARY |

The purpose of this bill is to allow employees who have been
employed in one or more jobs for at least ten years and have
subsequently been laid off to receive unemployment insurance benefits
while attending an accredited university if they have been in full-time
employment for at least twelve weeks during the preceding summer
period.
