SUMMARY |

|
This enactment suspends the operation of certain provisions of the
Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act until the earlier of the enact
ment of new electoral boundaries readjustment legislation and June 22,
1995. It also temporarily discharges the existing eleven electoral
boundaries commissions of their duties once their reports to the House
of Commons on their proposed division of the provinces and the
Northwest Territories into electoral districts are completed.
