SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie le Code canadien du travail, la Loi sur les langues officielles et la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions afin de préciser l’application de la Charte de la langue française au Québec.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canada Labour Code, the Official Languages Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act to clarify the application of the Charter of the French Language in Quebec.

1 Le Code canadien du travail est modifié par adjonction, après l’article 4, de ce qui suit :

(1.1) Le gouvernement fédéral s’engage à ne pas entraver l’application de la Charte de la langue française, L.R.Q., ch. C-11, au Québec.
