An Act to amend the Old Age Security Act (definition of income) |
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
R.S., c. O-9
Old Age Security Act
1 Subparagraph (c)(i.1) of the definition income in section 2 of the Old Age Security Act is replaced by the following:

(i.1) the amount of the payment under the program referred to in section Insertion start 275 Insertion end of the Budget Implementation Act, 2021, No. 1,

income of a person for a calendar year means the person’s income for the year, computed in accordance with the Income Tax Act, except that
