SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add Shawnigan Lake to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

An Act to amend the Navigation Protection Act (Shawnigan Lake) |
R.S., c. N-22; 2012, c. 31, s. 316
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 Part 1 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 4 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “4.1”
Column 1: “Shawnigan Lake”
Column 2: “48°37′54″ N, 123°38′25″ W”
Column 3: “The lake’s water boundary includes the mouths of all connecting waterways”
